Davis Professional Services has been featured in the cover story of the August 2014 Contracting Profits magazine. The article "Getting Inside Your Customer's Head" is a survey of facility executives revealing how building service contractors (BSCs) can better serve their clients.

The main topics covered in the article include cleaning for health, offering competitive pricing, being a diversified service provider and sustainable partner as well as the importance of BSCs becoming certified contractors.
